Class size is limited. Priority is given to customers who have reserved a place. However, if a customer shows up without having reserved a place and none is available, La pause yoga chaud inc. will not be held responsible. The customer must show up at a later time, without compensation. If a customer books a class but is unable to attend, he/she must cancel at least 2 hours before the start of the class. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of one class from the package or, if the package is unlimited, a penalty of $25.00 + applicable taxes.

For the smooth running of the class, out of respect for the participants and the instructor, please make every effort to be on your mat when the class starts. Ten minutes of relaxation before class is highly recommended to let the heat naturally warm up your muscles, release muscular tension and catch your breath.

The client acknowledges that a yoga teacher may touch him/her to correct posture, for example. The client authorizes the teacher to do so at any time. The client agrees to notify the teacher before each class if he/she does not wish to be touched. The client also agrees to inform the teacher before each class if he or she suffers from an illness, physical handicap, chronic pain, injury or any other limitation, and to keep La pause yoga chaud inc. informed of any change in his or her state of health.
